Workshops & More

Welcome

We’re honored to welcome your child to IEA Academy. Our IEA Academy policy is to maintain a safe and engaging environment where students can think deeply and feel supported. The following Academy logistics and information is helpful for preparing for a student’s first experience.

Before You Begin
Submit your Medical Form prior to the first day. If your child attended a previous session and your insurance information has not changed, you do not need to upload your insurance card again.

Location & Parking
All in-person classes are held at the IEA Learning Center, 540 S. Marengo Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101 (not our main office across the street).

Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not block any driveways when parking to drop off or pick up your child. Be mindful of the parking signs and time limits.

The parking lot behind the Learning Center is reserved for IEA staff.

Arrival & Departure
Students must be accompanied by an adult and signed in and out with an IEA staff member. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, call (626) 403-8900; IEA staff will stay with your child until you arrive.
